Vinification: The vinification is traditional. The grapes are carrefully sorted and destemmed. Direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature.
Tasting notes: « Pretty light pink dress, bright and limpid. Nose of crushed strawberries, mixed with citrus notes. Round, smooth mouth, with notes of white fruit and apricots.»
Serving Suggestions: This wine is perfect as an aperitif, with summer salads, exotic dishes, tapas, grilled white meats or red meats, fish, grilled vegetables.
Serve it at the temperature of 5° to 8°.
