\nThe vineyard is essentially situated on the plateau of Vacqueyras. The soil is composed of pebbles and clayish-limestone.<\/p>\n

Vinification:<\/strong>
\nThe vinification is traditional, the grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. The grapes are destemmed but slightly crushed. The maceration lasts 10 to 12 days to obtain maximum colour, concentration and aromatic compounds.<\/p>\n

Aging:<\/strong>
\nThis is a generous wine with ever-present tannins, presenting lovely fruity notes.
\nTo be enjoyed when young.
\nThe Vacqueyras is Estate-bottled with our own bottling system.<\/p>\n
